Great customer service, good deals.
Not sure what I would have done without my oven with relatives coming in for the weekend. Jake was at my house with my oven within 2 hours of me calling in.

Not sure what I would have done without my Kenmore oven with relatives coming in for the weekend. Appliance Repair: Jake Johnson LLC. was at my house with my oven within 2 hours of me calling in, fixed it and charged a very reasonable price.

I'm a satisfied customer
My wife Jessica called Saturday morning to schedule a appointment to look at our old Maytag washing machine. We were given a two-hour window later that same day. A hour later, they called back with an earlier appointment opportunity due to a cancellation. Our repairman, Jake, was on time and awesome. Jessica and I were both struck by his work ethic and genuine nature. He showed us exactly what was wrong, and made great suggestions about our best course.
